Paul F. Wright

Managing Partner

The practice of law is still a calling for me and is foremost about uniquely solving clients’ legal matters and building long-term client-centered relationships.

Paul is a licensed attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. A Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas graduate, he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Science in Taxation degrees from the University of North Texas. Paul received his law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he served as an Assistant Note and Comment Editor of the South Texas Law Review. Prior to practicing law, Paul served as a tax professional for BDO Seidman, LLP, representing businesses and individuals in all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and controversy at the federal, state, and local levels. Paul is a graduate of Jesuit Dallas, parishioner of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Dallas, and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Paul’s practice concerns fiduciary and business litigation, contested and uncontested probate and guardianship matters, and estate and business planning. As a CPA, Paul stands out from other probate attorneys. His litigation practice focuses on resolving estate and trust disputes and representing closely held and middle-market businesses. Paul’s transaction practice involves counseling individuals, families, widows, business owners, and professionals in estate and tax planning, wealth preservation, post-divorce planning, asset rehabilitation, and advising business owners regarding ongoing legal matters affecting businesses.
