Paul F. Wright

The practice of law is still a calling for me and is foremost about uniquely solving clients’ legal matters and building long-term client-centered relationships.
Paul is a licensed attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. A Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas graduate, he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Science in Taxation degrees from the University of North Texas. Paul received his law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he served as an Assistant Note and Comment Editor of the South Texas Law Review. Prior to practicing law, Paul served as a tax professional for BDO Seidman, LLP, representing businesses and individuals in all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and controversy at the federal, state, and local levels. Paul is a graduate of Jesuit Dallas, parishioner of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Dallas, and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Paul’s practice concerns fiduciary and business litigation, contested and uncontested probate and guardianship matters, and estate and business planning. As a CPA, Paul stands out from other probate attorneys. His litigation practice focuses on resolving estate and trust disputes and representing closely held and middle-market businesses. Paul’s transaction practice involves counseling individuals, families, widows, business owners, and professionals in estate and tax planning, wealth preservation, post-divorce planning, asset rehabilitation, and advising business owners regarding ongoing legal matters affecting businesses. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Texas Society of CPAs, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the National College of Probate Judges: to name a few.
Madeleine Withers
Madeleine is a licensed attorney, CPA candidate, and a North Texas native. An avid Ole Miss fan, she received her Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. Immediately following, she pursued her law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law with an emphasis on business law. While attending law school, she received her Master of Taxation from the Patterson School of Accountancy.
Drew Duncan
Drew is an associate attorney specializing in estate planning, probate, and civil litigation. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Pre-Law option from Oklahoma State University. Drew has extensive experience on a wide range of cases, including guardianships, probate, and business disputes. Additionally, he is certified by the State Bar of Texas as an Attorney Ad Litem and excels in guiding clients through complex legal processes.
